Jasmine Svare is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist.
Jasmine works with a Somatic approach and also focuses on Attachment Theory. It is within a safe relationship that we can deeply explore ourselves, and the goal of therapy is to create that safe relationship. The somatic work allows for access to the subconscious, where our beliefs about ourselves were stored and created our programming for our lives today. Together, we can access these beliefs and change them.
Jasmine works from a framework of self-empowerment. The way we think is based on our subconscious beliefs and they are not always true. Diving in to find the truth of what we believe is a path to peace and freedom.
