Who you believe you are was developed in response to your childhood experiences. We all developed a "script" as our brains were developing. It's as if we are actors in a story that was defined by an immature and developing brain, a long time ago.
So, what did you learn? What is your script? That is not a question that can be easily answered. A group, information, and time may help you to better understand who you think you are so you can actually have some power in what you do in your life (vs responding to an unconscious idea of who you are).
For the many years that I have been a practicing therapist, I see the benefit of group work and I also see the need for community connection in so many of my clients. Being in a group setting helps decrease our shame, we see that we are not alone in our humanity. Hearing the stories of others provides profound healing on its own.

This is group therapy. We will share our purpose and goal for being in therapy, and do our own individual work while we also support others in their work. We will explore topics for discussion, share personal experiences, meditate, journal, among other methods of healing.

- Feel Emotionally Immature
