This workshop is influenced by my training at The Meadows in Arizona, as well as my training as a somatic therapist. Creating the framework at The Meadow's, Pia Mellody describes how traumatic "less than nurturing" experiences in childhood are what cause our dysfunction in our adult behaviors. This workshop is for anyone who wants to understand how their childhood "script" of themselves is playing out in their lives today. Years of therapy can happen in an intensive workshop of this type.
